Della’s Closet is a 501(c)3 (pending) non-profit organization located at 1603 Market Street in Pocomoke City, Maryland. Our goal is to provide a variety of services to children in foster care and families in need in Worcester, Somerset, and Accomack (VA) Counties, including:

Providing donated or purchased clothing free of charge for young people in need in our community.

Offering games, toys, and other gifts for underprivileged and foster kids on birthdays and other holidays.

Distributing personalized luggage for children in foster care to help give dignity and assistance to those forced to move to new homes.

Providing “first-night bags” containing food, clothing, personal items, and other necessities to children moving to new foster homes.

Donating office space to other local charitable organizations, assisting them in their ability to help the community.

Offering free meeting space to local non-profit organizations, aiding in their ability to help the youth in our community.
We are currently accepting donations of new or gently used clothing for children and young people of all ages. Our gift drive will be a year-round effort, and we will gladly take donations of new toys and games suitable for children anytime. In addition, we accept monetary and in-kind donations from individuals and community organizations.
